In teams of two, complete the following for time:
50 Back Squats (135/95)
*(barbell resting on back)
50 Deadlifts (205/155)
*(holding the top of a deadlift)
50 Pull Ups
*(hanging from the rig)
50 Syncro Burpees
*Partner A must be in the holding position while Partner B does the work.
Barbells are taken from the floor. Partners may partition any way they like, except for the burpees.
