Jarrica started cross fit in 2013 because she wanted to try something different than the everyday gym. She fell in love with Crossfit from the start. She has a background in competitive gymnastics, and loved how much Crossfit incorporates gymnastics movements into workouts along with Olympic weightlifting and functional movements. Jarrica immediately got her level 1 after starting Crossfit to learn more, and be able to coach and help others be confident in lifting and working out while having fun. She spends her free time coaching and training aside from being a stay at home mom. She has furthered her knowledge by getting her NASM certification and doesn’t plan to stop there.
