What is CrossFit?
A conditioning program built around improving not just cardiovascular endurance, but also strength, power, flexibility, stamina, agility, coordination and balance–using a wide variety of exercises and high-intensity weight training.
Who is CrossFit For?
CrossFit is a program that can be modified and scaled to each individual. It is also a program that requires steady progress into new movements, skills, and intensity levels. No matter what your current condition is, CrossFit can help you achieve fitness levels beyond your expectations.
Getting Started
Meet with a trainer to evaluate your current fitness level and get a free metabolic conditioning workout.
Fundamentals
To continue your integration into CrossFit you will begin a series of 3 group classes designated “Fundamentals.” The cost for the this series is $60. You will continue to become familiar and proficient with CrossFit while getting stronger and faster. All of this takes place in a group atmosphere providing support and the unique atmosphere that is CrossFit.
