CrossFit Preschool 6 Week Session

March 6 - April 19, 2018 (the week of Easter there will not be class)

The age for this class is 3-5 years old; however, age is not the deciding factor for attending this class. We want your child to be successful; therefore, if your child is almost 6 or just turned 6, but they are not ready for an older kids class they are more than welcome to be a part of the Preschool Class. Preschool Class is only 20 minutes long for a few reasons. First, the attention span of this age is very short. The class is structured to keep them moving the whole 20 minutes. Second, this short time frame will leave the children wanting more and excited to return the next week.

This class is an opportunity for us to shape your child’s life and realities within them by laying foundational movements, providing a portion of the weekly prescribed exercise, improving muscular fitness, discussing roles for food and giving them endless opportunities for success within the class. The Preschool Class will also help with life skills needed for school, such as, listening, lining up, learning structure and nutrition in a fun format. This class will introduce kids to gross motor skills, static positions for body awareness, foundational movements, social skills, and understanding structure of group exercise. There are NO weights used in this class.

Class is Tuesday & Thursday evening from 6pm-6:20pm. You choose if your child comes on Tuesday evenings or Thursday evenings. We are flexible and can accommodate you switching to a different evening to make up a missed class.
