April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month
This is a family-friendly event for sexual assault awareness. Teams of 5 (or less if you choose) will row a half marathon with a count down from 21,098 meters to Zero. The cost is $120 per Concept 2 rower (team of 5 or less), but if you use promo code R20DISCOUNT through March 20 the cost is $100 per team. If you are bringing a team from your CrossFit affiliate, feel free to bring your own rower(s).

One out of every 6 women and 3% of men have been a victim of attempted or complete rape in their lifetime. On average there are 321,500 victims of rape and sexual assault in the United States each year. One in 3 girls and 1 in 5 boys will become a victim before their 18th birthday.
