Perform 2 rounds (each team member goes through each thing 2 times)
Partner 1
3 lengths of OH walking lunges (45/25) then immediately runs 200 meters
Partner 2
DB push jerk reps
Partner 3
Burpee reps
When Partner 1 returns from run then the partners rotate. Each time the partner lunging/running returns from their run the partners rotate.
score the number of reps of DB push jerk and burpees for the team. record time in the notes.
